Well. Starting off with Check In, the older female checking us in was absolutely heinous. She was rude, uninviting and this was... a confirmed normalcy with the bartender at the restaurant. (Bartender was fabulous) Speed up. To the very much outdated rooms.Weird smells. We were placed in a room overlooking the street. If it wasn?t for the curtains, that blocked out little to nostreet lights. It was definitely the semis that drive by every 10 minutes throughout the night, running their J brakes. It isVERY loud inside of the room. The toilet didn?t like to flush and whined for approximately 2 minutes after every flush. The doorslammed shut on its own, and I could tell by the sounds of every other door on the floor this is common for not only our room. The ?no room service needed? sign was placed on our door. But still, received room service, new towels, etc. Which we did notneed. Bathrooms are extremely outdated, tubs look visibly worn/dirty even though I?m sure they have been cleaned. A friendtraveling with us, got a room at the Arrow East, a block away. Their rooms were extremely updated, tidy, marble counters, tiledand well put together with a pleasant smell. I was not impressed with this stay, and I know where we will not be staying nexttime. Terrible weekend and cannot wait to be home. Read more

Rooms very clean, very roomy and luxurious. Great bed, slept like a log. One of if not the best hotels I've stayed at. Staff was... great and friendly. I truly can't wait to visit again! Read more

Made a trip to visit my son who was interning in Broken Bow. This place was awesome. The room I had was huge for a single. As... you can tell by the photos I had more space than I needed. It has a full kitchen in the room. It's a very clean place and thestaff was great. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. Read more

Excellent stay. Rooms are larger that I expected, with nice kitchen facilities. Really fun to stay on town square. Breakfast was... good - typical free breakfast: waffle, eggs, breakfast meat, yogurt, juice, etc... but it was nicer than typical breakfasteating in the attached restaurant. Hotel is very clean. Nice and updated historic hotel. Was helpful to have 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen with 3 kids in tow. Beds comfortable and... room was clean. Since it was an older building, noise did travel from adjacent rooms, the hall and the street. We brought afan with that blocked out external noise. We didn't notice any paranormal activity that others have noted. The check in clerkwas quiet but provided adequate information. The included breakfast was just ok. The day waffle station had no item to fillthe batter, so I used a juice cup and left it and it appeared that others followed suit. They were out of maple syrup until thelast 30 min of the buffet. The coffee was the worst I've ever had, stick with the in room keurig. We had dinner at theattached restaurant. The food was good and prices were comparable to olive garden. Staff at the restaurant were good, but theywere swamped on a weeknight which caused service to be slow. Nice little place in a small town. Read more
