Staff was extremely rude, right away rejected us at the door saying if you didn’t reserve you can’t dine as they were fully... booked WHILE there was 20 empty tables outside and even few more inside! We were 2 people coming all the way from Montreal, whata terrible way to treat customers! Read more

It was our first time at this restaurant and let me tell you it was absolutely perfection! We were so well received, with big... smiles and super polite. The service was excellent and the dinner was perfection. I ordered a fillet mignon and it’s the firsttime it was cooked to my liking without sending it back. My wife ordered the liver and after two hours of waiting, the waitress came to tell my wife that they don't have liver! She... recommended the chicken instead. The chicken was dry and unappealing. I ordered the cod and was very disappointed. The servicewas very slow. Read more

We usually go to the Magog (Comme chez soi).. They have great service..Amazing food ! Immediate service ! No waiting to be asked... what we want .. Food is almost ready within 5 to 10 minutes.. And the food is amazing ! Going to Bromont we thought this wouldbe a similar experience.. Oufff ! What a mistake.. Waiter was all smiles but overloaded..? Took forever to get our food. Whenthe appetizer was served, it was cold .. Took something like 30 minutes to get our main meal after the appetizer.. That was apoor crisp piece of meat indeed.. We almost had to beg to get a refill (coffee) And when he did bring it.. He only gave a refillto the person whos asked for it. Rushed away before anyone could ask him for one. I had to go get him to refill everybody's (4persons) some coffee.. I wanted to impress some friends with the quality of the Magog restaurant.. Should have went thereinstead..
