I went today before 6:00p.m to purchase 2 burrito bowls. When I tried to pay with my debit card, their debit card machine was... not working. It was only working by tapping the card on the machine. But my kind of card does not work by tapping. It only worksby chip or by swapping. My balance was $34. I only was carrying $22 in cash. I asked to speak with the store manager andexplained the situation. Advised his store debit machine was not working and I only had $22. Advised I'm a regular customer. Herefused to take my $22 and I ended leaving one of my order. After I paid cash for one order only, the cashier at the cashregister throw my other order in the garbage, rather than let me keep it with the $22 I had in cash. I got very upset with theiraction. They rather throwed the food in the garbage. I saw that action very not human. That is not a way to treat your regularcustomer. I usually stop by the store 2 or 3 times a week. Never again. Read more
Dont even deserve that 1 star, this was a terrible experience for the price been paid. This place need to be evaluated asap and... rehire new staff that cares. Didnt even get to add my 4 component with so little serving for 13.99. I could have went toMCdonalds seriously. Disgusting and terrible costumer service with horrible attitude. If only the would be a chance of negative feedback that Chipotle would be a winner Manager of this place should?ve been... penalized and fired long time ago because stuff he hired is a bunch of people with no knowledge and no clue what they aredoing. Starting with bad customer service , rude respond all the way to Uber orders that take 3 hours to finally be cancelled. It?s a bad management , horrible customer service , disrespect for people time and money , not mentioning a chipotle is pricey. Serving old chips , tasteless guacamole to attitude ? if you don?t like don?t come here ?. After half and hour of waitingfor one burrito ?Lady ? literally throws at you bag outside the door right after she was picking her nose ?. Disgusting. The food tastes great. Portions are minimal considering the price for everything. Dont go if you are short on funds and very... hungry or are a big eater. Staff was not very friendly when I last went but was not disrespectful. Minimal decor if any andatmosphere is lunchroom cafeteria looking so if you miss elementary school lunch time this decor or lach thereof will bring youback home. Read more
