Really like the one in White Plains/Greenburg. At least they don't run out of change or tell you you have to use credit only.... But I'm curious as why everytime I get a 3 pointer wrap of steak and black beans it's a different price all the time. I gothere a least once a week. That is truly puzzling. Read more
Normally this Chipotle has been good , but this time it was below acceptable. I asked for steak the response was we just ran out... I said that's fine I'll wait the response was it will take 45 minutes to make more. 5 minutes later they remembered they hadsteak at the take out counter. When we sat down we realized there were no napkins in the dispensers we informed the counter andwe were told they had no napkins in the restaurant. The change from 2 days before when they had 2 managers on staff was amazingand disturbing. Read more

I usually don't have any problem with this place. But something about today that the employees were not attentive to the... customers, basically me. It wasn't too busy and I understood with down time they needed to restock and clean. I walked up to theline to place an order and there was no to take it. The employees did see me and I did say hi to someone restocking the drinks.Even with the hello I got nothing. I waited for a good 8 minutes, still nothing.
