11/20/22 I had the worst experience. I made an order through the Chipotle website and this happened to be the store to pack my... order. I ordered a a bowl with white rice, chicken, no beans, corn, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream and paid extra for guac. As youall know there is an additional fee to order online. This bowl alone came up to almost 24 dollars. I expect QUALITY! But no theydo with peoples orders whatever they want and it?s unfortunate because sometimes we can?t show to the store and we leave it upto these people to consider the clients more and be trustworthy when it comes to serving us. I can't believe it. They have screw my order 3 times!!! At the second times I said I'm not going to order here anymore, but I... decided to give them a chance. Now they forgot an item for which I pay and food is nasty. Worst chipotle location ever. Alsochipotle is becoming a very bad restaurant lately. So I usually really like this chipotle and the service is way better than what I would?ve expected. However, the first time I... tried using my rewards here, it was clear that the staff had no idea what to do with it. I actually had someone come over andtry to tell me the coupon was expired. After that another person came over and told me I had to wait till the next day. Both ofthese are incredibly lazy answers that also happen to be wrong. I?ve used my rewards same day at my primary chipotle locationfor years. At the end of the day this isn?t a reflection of the workers but of the management who won?t invest time intotraining the workers on how to use their own system. Please fix this because outside of that issue, this Chipotle has been oneof the best additions to this neighborhood in quite some time! Read more
This new place is small but okay. I order soft tacos and the taco was kind of hard. The chicken wasn't that hot.
