Rated on my recent experience. I know employees and owners of GK. This has been my favorite location for quite some time. I... noticed there has been a shift in the staff and I am disappointed in the service received. I respect a business who hasrepresentatives who withstand exceptional customer service. I no longer value this place because I had to deal with a rudeemployee and for that reason GK has lost me as a customer. I suggest retraining your representatives. Customers keep yourbusiness going! Normally when I come here, everything is fairly expedient and the service is great. That was not today though. I stood in line... for 20 minutes, just trying to order. However, when it finally seemed like my turn I was totally skipped over for the nextperson in line. I tried to address it, but was met with attitude instead of courtesy for the long wait and failing to take myorder. Ridiculous and horrible service. The staff was pretty good and assertive, but the food was not good at all, salmon is dry ash, rice was wack, chicken patty shell... is steal and hard to chew and the chicken mixture is mushy, they were also out of a few things i asked for? Read more
