The two females that work here are not friendly at all. One was Disputing with the customer over which piece of oxtail is big... or not asking in a nasty tone?do u want this piece ??? If your establishment can?t afford oxtails where you can serve anreasonable amount so customers can also feel they have gotten there money worth for the meal. My advice Do not sell OXTAILS.Especially if you have to monitor how many pieces for the overpriced Dinner. I ordered some Patty?s they were stale. And cold.Not hot at all. Waste of money. Food in the garbage. Couldn?t risk getting Sick. Maybe the reason why they were stale becauseof them being so highly price at. What can you expect this is the Bronx. And every establishment has to blame the pandemic.Never will come back here again. Ps. I see there are a lot of good reviews the most important thing in any establishment iscustomer service and the quality of the food that?s is being served. Please do better with those patty?s. If they are going tobe $3.50 each at least they should be served fresh and piping hot not cold and stale. Read more

My wife visited yesterday and picked me up a sliced king fish with rice and peas, and steamed vegetables. It was great, good... proportions, delicious. Things have definitely improved since my last review about two years ago. I think this is the bestGolden Krust in the Bronx, featuring a most jovially pleasant staff, especially a young lady named Sanya.
