It's a neighborhood place that's family owned, nothing fancy, just great homemade Italian food and seafood. A dozen clams on... the half shell for eight bucks.....can't beat that. Also, a great view of the marina and Throgs Neck Bridge. Great local gem. Read more
It’s been awhile since we stopped here while visiting my dear friend’s alma mater, The Maritime College down the... street It’s a small fishing town vibe though the Bronx is never what you would consider small town. It felt like we werevisiting a Maine coastal village. Simple good food in a mom and pop feeling restaurant. What a gem of a place ! Absolute best staff …really kind and helpful. The owners are super friendly. Just a great all... around place . We went here by water and docked our boat …the views of the Throgs Neck Bridge are spectacular ~ we discoveredthe location by accident and are so happy we found it . If you’re a boater, it’s a solid dock and dine place …the waterwayleading up to the Ice House is really scenic and cool. It was a nice place but the waitress didn't really pay much attention to me, she was more into the other people who look like... regulars.
