I love Häagen-Dazs ice cream. I love this location and they know me. When I go they immediately make my ice cream without me... talking. Read more
Absolutely disappointed with the customer service. The manager or owner, whoever he was is incredibly rude. I accidentally... placed an order through Grubhub for the wrong location and when they pointed that out to me, the workers refused to help or fillthe order. I asked them if they could please just honor the order as I work at a restaurant a block down and can not pick upfrom the other location and I was denied. The man wouldn?t even come over and look at me as he repeatedly said no. So now I losemoney. Absolutely ridiculous!! Read more
Great and quick service. Staff keeps the place nice and clean. Parking be difficult but that's the case for all of Bronxville.... Open pretty late so perfect for those late-night sweet tooth cravings. Read more
They have amazing ice cream as always including flavors that you wouldn't typically get in your supermarket such as vegan... chocolate fudge. I decided to try their brownies but they were not good. The Oreo brownie texture was brick like and was toosweet. On the other hand the chocolate fudge brownie had a cake like texture which again made it less enjoyable. Better stickwith ice cream here. Amazing. Great hospitality!!( Past review). I used to frequent this shop due to the amazing service and great taste. However,... the quality of service has completely declined as I have observed teenage staff horseplaying and even lying on the floor. Theservice is no longer fast and amazing, it's slow and mediocre.
