I got the nashville hot chicken and was thrilled that I was finally able to get a real actual nashville hot. Wife's pork belly... burnt ends were not as good, but others swear by them so maybe just a one off. Would for sure go back and also recommend toothers. Read more
I do not like brisket. This brisket melted in my mouth like butter. I now understand that statement "like butter". I want to... live in the kitchen and bathe in the sauce & I'd pay for the pleasure. I would have pics of the most beautiful rib tips I haveever seen, however, one bite and I inhaled everything only stopping because its frowned upon to eat the packaging, which I couldof with the sauce. This place has wagyu brisket they sell it buy half pound, i loved the flavor of it 5/5 along with a the menphis bbq sauce. We... also tried 1lbs of the ribs they had a nice smoke ring and very tender they are a bit on the sweeter side 5/5. Pulled porksandwhich was 5 of 5 as well. For the sides we tried the mac n cheese we felt that it needed a bit of salt, but then thoughtthat it was paired good with the bbq no salt was needed. The corn bread as a bit on the crumbly side but had good flavor, thesausage link 5/5. I will not knock any points because of the sides, but i would say if you had some other types of bbq sauceslike spicy or more smoky and less sweet that would be a hit there was only one sauce type.
