I was soooo excited to learn of a vegetarian spot in this area! Visiting family in a nearby area always causes challenges in... finding locations with more than 1 or 2 (if any!) vegetarian or vegan options, so to find this place was an absolute delight andrelief. I met a friend at Café Maná for lunch today (7/6/22). I don’t wanting to try this place for sometime but couldn’t find... anybody that would go with me to a place that served mostly vegan, raw, and gluten-free food. The past reviews were definitelyright on point. I had the special which was three jackfruit tacos with black beans and it was wonderful. The guy I was with hadthe Portabella mushroom sandwich and really enjoyed it. We shared the Asian lettuce wraps as an appetizer and they were verytasty and had just the right amount of heat with the sauce they spring it with. There was only one server that was working therestaurant and outside today and yet the service was impeccable. Our server was very efficient and she also took time to tell uswhat she liked on the menu and answer questions. I have celiac and did not get sick. Will definitely be going back and wouldrecommend to anyone. The only downside to this visit is that my blood sugar went crazy after eating there. I went from 160 upto about 380 and sat there for a couple of hours. I may have missed judged the amount of carbs but my guess is that there wasmore sugar in the foods than I would’ve thought. ???? I thought I wrote a review years ago! I guess they are all on Facebook. If you are vegan, you absolutely MUST give Cafe... Manna a try. They have something for everyone. Soup, salad and incredible entrees. The desserts are amazing and don’t worrythere are seasonal changes. What I love most is the option to order during the holidays. I’ve ordered the past few years.Cafe Manna NEVER disappoints. Never! Ordering for the holiday is an absolute delight because the vegan food is delicious,fresh, plentiful and good quality. This year I ordered the mushroom artichoke Rockefeller, truffle Mac n cheese and the MannaThanksgiving Plate. Yum!!! So grateful for this place. Read more
