Totally addictive cinnamon bun. Love them but gaining weight
Stopped by here while finishing up some stops and ended up getting a classic roll and a raspberry iced tea. To start off the... service was sadly mediocre at best. They have signage saying they are short staffed, but the two that were present barely paidme any attention, on quickly glancing my way when I first approached. The rest of the transaction was with them both chattingand being turned from me. Sadly, my order did not redeem itself either. Not sure what they exactly use to make their raspberrylemonade, but it was given completely unblended (and I couldn't get it to mix well with the lemonade using the straw) and warm.The classic roll itself seemed extremely underdone , as outside of the first layer it got more dough-like the further I unrolledit. The middle had the consistency almost of chewed bubblegum. If you are at Brookfield square, do not let the smell convinceyou to stop by, as it is the only good thing to experience at this location. Usually fresh Cinnabons... We attended the Brookfield Mall location. Glad to see them still in business as the food court is... quickly becoming an empty atrium... I hope they survive because my wife and I have been coming here every time we visitBrookfield Squares. Read more
The two ladies working this afternoon were great. I got to watch one of them make the cinnamon rolls and she was very friendly.... The cinnamon rolls were delicious but a little expensive. Read more
