Very nice atmosphere! The inside of the restaurant was themed like you were sitting inside a ship. We had a great waiter we were... sitting in the corner they also had a large birthday party in the same area and he was wonderful on getting all of our orderscorrect while being very busy. Love coming here! Food and service is always great. We always get seated right away and our food comes soon after ordering and... has been delicious every time. Outdoor seating is available also. My husband and I love coming for lunch. We always end upordering more chips and salsa because they taste so good. Too good, almost, haha. Take out comes out just as amazing. Was brought immediately to my table, took off my coat and used the restroom. Waiter stopped me as I came out of restroom and... asked for my drink order before I even reached the table. Got a basket of small broken chips right away. Food took a long timeand a table that came in 20 minutes after me got their food minutes after mine. Waiter never once, the entire evening, returned to my table and I had to twice ask another Waiter (with glasses) who was constantly at his tables, to get mine who hadtime to sit at the little round employee table with coworkers and chat with others for long periods in the doorway to kitchen. When I said that I couldn't get my tortillas off the aluminum foil, he charged me for more before he went to get them. Therewas a gal who I think was a manager but she wouldn't make eye contact or smile with anyone as she moved about. On the positiveside, hands down the best Mexican to date in Jackson with generous portions and great seafood and the place has a welcomingvibe so is a must stop for fans of Mexican.
