OMG! Oh.my.god! This place is a gem! We had reservations at another place but due to a snafu, we were asked to wait for for an... 1 hour. Looking around, open table had a reservation for this place which I begrudgingly took. Let me tell you, the place isawesome! Their cocktails were impeccable and STRONG! The pasta was al dente! Like, I haven’t had pasta this perfectly made.Loved loved loved the place. - cacio e Pepe 20/10 flavor, texture, pasta cooked to perfection - ravioli - 10/10 the beet flavoris indeed strong and quite interesting with pasta.
