Had a wonderful date night dinner here recently, the food was delicious and the staff was attentive and accommodating. We... started off with the Escargot au Beurre d?Ail & Anise and a French Onion Soup to share ? both were really flavorful and warm,the soup was sweet and cheesy, and the escargot were buttery and paired well with the crispy bread. We ordered the hangar steakfor dinner, with the choice of either a peppercorn sauce or a shallot sauce (we got both!) and a side of mushrooms and potatoes.The steak was so tender and cooked perfectly, and both of the sides were delicious and a great accompaniment to the steak. Wealso each had a glass of wine. Only complaint was that our dinners came out a little cold, like they?d been sitting out for awhile. What a gem in the neighborhood! Loved the vibes at @bacchusbistrowine and the garden seatings in the back, and our waitress was... very nice too?? Steak was great but a bit dry, might?ve been better with some sauce. It did go quite well with the white winethey recommended though. I tried a bit of the salmon and it was really tasty! MUSSEL MANIA!!!! The best place for mussels will always be at a French restaurant, and I'm glad that I walked past here one... summer day and enjoyed a glass of wine and some mussels. DELICIOUS!!!! Cute dim place with outdoor seating in the back and greatwine selection. Came in around 5ish on a Saturday but by the time I was leaving it was starting to become primetime and thefoodie folks were rolling in. Small menu but great options available.
