Are you ready for the 411? Here we go…well it was Double Date night with friends and we were looking for a spot close to home.... We wanted to try something new and hubby recommended Bamboo Walk. Good choice my husband! We had an appointment but was notnecessarily needed for a Wednesday night. The customer service was on point and have to give a shout-out to Natasha who tookgood care of us. Food was amazing…well seasoned and good portions. Definitely try the Bamboo Punch or two…it was sodelicious! The ambience was great for date or just hanging out with friends. Definitely try this out! The food was great and tasty. Great quality and quantity for our money. What a professional and excellent service with lots of... laughs and professionalism. I admired how our Jamaican waiter was on top of his game with describing the different foods on themenu in order to make us user friendly with our choice of food to consume. Even though I didn’t have a reservation they accommodated us. Make sure to make reservations though because this place gets... packed up very quickly on the weekends. The food was immaculate and I have no complaints. The Jerk Pork was a 10/10!!!! Thedrinks were strong and not watered down as well. They season all the dishes throughly! This restaurant was beautiful on the inside, the decor was elegant, inside is nice and spacious. They did not do a temp check... or asked to see our vaccine card. The customer service was great, Tamara, who I think is the floor manager, was so courteous tous, we got seated quickly. The drinks were very good, the options for seafood was very limited, there should have been moreoptions. I had the shrimp risotto and my friend had the jerk salmon, she said it was a bit spicy but overall good. I hadvanilla ice cream for dessert, it was sweet and creamy, delicious ????. The music was a bit loud at a point but one of themanagers went over to turn down the music. They close the restaurant closes at 10:30 and when they say they are closed. My family and I went for dinner at the bamboo Caribbean restaurant and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was delicious, a... wonderful tour of Caribbean specialities with excellent presentation Each course was well balanced, great textures andflavours. We particularly enjoyed the atmosphere, which was more formal than expected. The manager came to the table to take ourorder herself. She was neatly dress with a company blazer which was really cute and fashionable. She has a really lovelycharacter and made us felt at ease and respected.
