I went to Bathhouse to celebrate my birthday. I enjoy a spa day for my birthday every year but I hadn’t been since 2019 and... since moving to BK, I hadn’t found a spa home. I had such a great time and such a relaxing experience, I think I’ve foundmy new spa home! I had the 80 minute massage and the 50 minute Hammam scrub. I also enjoyed lunch and a cocktail in theirrestaurant. I loved every part of my experience including the steam room, saunas and the pools. I’ve been raving about thisplace ever since. Absolutely incredible experience at the Bathhouse last night celebrating a birthday. We arrived at 630 for our reservation and... were kindly greeted and given instructions. We changed in the locker rooms, which were clean and secure, and headed down to thebaths. There were definitely a good amount of people, but it never felt overwhelming. I thought 2 hours of time was going to waytoo much before our dinner, but we rotated between saunas and baths for that whole period having an amazing time and feelingamazing. Then we grabbed robes and headed to have dinner in them (which made it all so much more exciting!) the chefs tastingmenu was absolutely INSANE and we got try 9 different dishes over 4 courses, all of which were delicious and things I neverwould’ve tried on my own. This is an absolute hidden gem, and the space itself was clean and the vibe of all people there wererelaxed. Absolutely loved every second and I am back on the website booking my next day already! Love this concept, and while I’d potentially go back to the restaurant, I wouldn’t do any of the spa stuff again. The pools... were tiny and crowded, really not a relaxing place to hang out. I showed up an hour before my appointment to use the pools butended up spending most of that time in the restaurant because trying to squeeze in with a ton of super loud people in a tiny hottub kinda sucked. I was there midday on a Wednesday, truly can’t imagine what this place would be like on a weekend. Theytold me to go to a waiting area for my massage 5 minutes before the appointment time, so I did. I waited and waited and keptseeing people called back but no word about my appointment. It turns out they changed my appointment time without telling me(and the masseuse was an additional fifteen minutes late to the new/later appointment time) so I ended up sitting on thisuncomfortable bench in the corner for almost a half hour before the appointment started. Despite having a confirmation email, aconfirmation text AND a confirmation voicemail stating that my massage was at the time I had booked it for, the womancoordinating everything by the pools kind of acted like I was full of it and that I had always been booked for the later timeand I was just wrong. The massage itself was not bad but honestly I was kind of grumpy from having to wait so long which doeskinda kill the whole relax vibe you try to get with a massage. After I paid I did mention the long wait to the front desk guywho was nice and offered a free day pass to use the pools, which I declined. All this to say… that was a lot of money tospend for an experience where at least a quarter of my time was spent sitting on a bench. Read more

This a gem! I got the Hammam scrub from Kiwi and felt brand new! I had a great solo spa day and then went back the next day with... my mom. IMO it’s best to go in the morning for a quieter crowd but the lunch menu starts at 12 and it’s banging. The foodwas so good I forgot to take pictures lol Read more
