This is a really bad Chipotle. Service was slow and unmotivated to a remarkable degree. It's clear that leadership here is... quite poor. They were out of barbacoa beef and when one employee asked the other if he had barbacoa, the cook just smiled withdisdain and shook his head no and pointed to a bowl of uncooked meat. What? It's a menu item and you just aren't going to haveit and don't care? So I got steak, which ended up by cold. Not room temp. Cold. The apparent manager or supervisor was takingtemperatures of food and berating her staff for various things. Very condescending tones. No wonder the staff doesn'tcare.
