This was literally the worst chipotle?s I?ve been to. When I walked in they wouldn?t allow walk in orders and only allowed... online orders. The station was a HORRIBLE mess. There was food EVERYWHERE. As I was placing my online order I heard one of theworkers mention to another costumer they had no RICE(it didn?t even mention that on the website so if I went through with theorder I would?ve paid almost 40 dollars and wouldn?t have gotten what I wanted) after hearing that mentioned a whole bunch ofcostumers inside either left or rushed to canceled their orders including myself. The worst service ever... I ordered 2 bowls and this is what I got, Actually no food in each bowl. I ordered chicken bowl with... white rice black beans sour cream cheese and lettuce and look what I got. I mentioned it to the girls working there and theyresponded with attitude saying I'm not the one making them, instead of saying can I fix ur ordered. I absolutely love that this Chipotle is convenient in the area. The employees are nice and the food is always fresh. The only... issue I have is that I stopped ordering ahead or through delivery because they always get it wrong and it's a little frustratingespecially ordering a veggie bowl and getting meat instead. On top of that, when you do order ahead or havw it delivered, theportions are super skimpy, I definitely recommend ordering in person. Besides that, service is top knotch. Read more
