Serving sizes are Chipotle is my biggest "complaint." They are generally too big. That's fine most of the time because I can get... two meals out of a burrito, but sometimes I'm not going home and have no desire to carry my leftovers around with me. Entertheir new quesadillas. Only available through the app, they are a good amount of protein, cheese and your choice of threetoppings. Empty food to fill me up, and I don't have to carry anything around with me. These new quesadillas are really verygood and I highly recommend you try one! Read more
Very horrible service. The place was packed with People hanging out. The food looked so dry, bought the lifestyle bowl and the... lady (who already looked angry) shook the guacamole out of the spoon before putting some tiny guacamole on my food. I said theguacamole was small, she said "that is it" and opted to remove it from my dish. At other Chipotle, they try putting more riceand I usually say no, but this one just put in some small quantity and acted like she was doing me a favor. If you are paying$15 or more for food,at least you should have a reasonable quantity. I stopped ordering Chipotle online because they put littlechicken, tiny guacamole and want to load you with rice for your hard earned money. DEFINITELY wont be going back. Read more
Very rude feminine guy at register. Was no utensils asked could I have a fork had a extremely bad attitude about it ?nooo nooo?... as walking away then proceeded to give spoons after the fact when I stated there?s nothing over no forks spoons nothing how weare we suppose to eat? Worst Chipotle in Brooklyn. If they arent getting your orders completely wrong, doordash drivers will call you before picking up... your order to say "I have to cancel the store doesn't have your food". This has happened to me 10 times already. If they replyto this review arguing problems with delivery is not their fault, a problem ive only had with this specific chipotle, I wouldstill advise to not order from here due to how unlucky this store is since my orders are always wrong, cold, or undeliverable. I walk in and order a veggie bowl, the girl behind the counter is trying to scoop veggies from an empty container, I asked her... to wait until they are ready. She didn't even wait, I got 2 small slices of pepper and one slice of onion on my veggie bowl. Shejust kept going to the next station. Dear Corporate offices, have some type of a measurement tool/spoon that would offer anequal amount of food per patron.
