2 orders, two terrible experiences. First order took well over an 70 mins to arrive and was stone cold when it did. Second order... (using apology coupon from first order) driver refused to enter apartment block and left with the food. Getting through to thestore is impossible as they put you indefinitely on hold. Just makes perfect sense why they are rated so bad. Starting with their delivery person, extremely unprofessional and a liar.... Never delivered my order or refunded me my money.
