This is the worse Dunkin? Donuts , they have the worse workers with no customer service skills and on top of that they are slow... as heck. People don?t want to stand there looking at you while you just mope around and ignore the customers that are obviouslywaiting for you to hand them their coffee so they can get along with their day. Over all the worse Dunkin? Donuts I?ve been tohere in Brooklyn . If I could I would give you 0 stars . Hire people that actually want to work and actually appreciate the factthey have a job . They had 7 workers behind the counter (I counted and I?m not just over exaggerating) and it was still the slowest service I?ve... ever had and I literally go to Dunkin every single day during the weekday. It took me 13 mins to get my iced macchiato andanother 7 mins from that to get my bacon egg and cheese croissant. 20 mins is absolutely INSANE with SEVEN people working behinda counter! I?ve had faster service from Dunkin?s that only had ONE worker! I spend over $100 a month on Dunkin?, way to muchfreaking money to be waiting that long on an order! I have to say this was a great experience. I had an issue with my card in the drive thru and I didn't want to hold up the line... so I asked to pay inside. The server obliged and as i was pulling around i noticed i didn't have the other card with me. Luckyfor me my husband didn't work too far away so i was able to go grab his card and pay for the order. Even though i felt like itook forever and looked like i was ordering and not paying. The servers were still kind and patient with me. I respect goodcustomer service especially in my situation. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I ordered 2 glazed donuts andthey weren't in the bag. Read more
