Every time I come to this store, why is every employee rude? They do not have CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I was at the counter and... noticed another employee on her phone, just standing there, as if she did not have any work to do. One employee helped me at thecash register, while a third employee was making the orders at the sandwich station. The woman who took my order, while I?mhappy that I got my receipt and my regular medium coffee without sugar and milk, was quick to respond to help the nextperson?and I had not yet got a chance to get out of the way. WHO IS THE STORE MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION? WHO IS THE GENERALMANAGER OF THIS LOCATION? GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY AND KEEPS CUSTOMERS COMING BACK. FYI: I once worked at a Dunkinlocation, and the team I worked with was a great team. We stayed busy, stayed stock on everything, and used our customer servicetalents and professionalism.
