Came in on 10/26 for a half dozen and for years this location has had a pattern of limited donuts and poor staffing. Today... however the staff member helping me named Eric was working really hard. A female employee was in the back and she saw that theline was getting long because she came out for a moment then retreated. Eric was super awesome and im sure very tired. He wasworking as fast as he could, apologized for the wait time and completed all of the orders. Why he was making beverages, gettingdonuts, making meals and maning the cash register with another employee in the back somewhere idk. The scan machine for the App never works with mine. Wires are hanging out and they to cheap to install new ones. My app works... at other Dunkin Donuts shops, so I know it's not me. Stopped going there Read more
My girlfriend placed an order for 2 coffees through the app. They made hers, forgot mine, I asked 4 times to make it and nobody... did. Waited another 20 mins before I left without getting my coffee. Absolutely brutal, the service cannot handle therestaurant. Read more

Everything is fine but still got some panhandler taking a best of the fellow customers here. Be careful of anybody who pleads... for money then cursing. I saw one poor senior asking me for money on the morning of 11/19/2022. But then I got aggressive andtalked third-person by talking to the clerk bad about the senior guy. Why? I am so sick of anyone getting a best of me! But thisstore in Jay st near my Citytech is my only choice because Starbucks coffee for me is not great as usual and Starbucks soexpensive. That means Dunkin is better than Starbucks because of the price and Dunkin coffee is so good. Read more
