Went here to get a toasted raisin bagel with vegetable cream cheese and 2 small coffees that costs almost $20. The bagel was 1/4... toasted because it was still cold. The coffee was made super sweet. The guy that took the order may be Mexican. He threw heapingspoons of sugar into the coffee. I also asked for sausage, egg, and cheese and he said he doesn't make eggs after 2pm. I askedfor a stirrer for the coffee and he said he threw everything out. Instead of saying that, he could've just given me a spoon.It's 2022, there's no time to be rude to customers because your sales can reflect like if it was 2020 real quick. What an absolutely disgraceful experience I had at this establishment. I asked if my diabetic daughter could use the restroom... and was flatly told no. I explained that she is diabetic and she really had to go, and was told no because the counter persondid not want want to get in trouble because his boss was there. Please don?t support this business as it is not kind to diabeticchildren! Addendum: The owner replied that the staff was busy with assisting other people in the store, however, the store wasempty when I asked if my daughter could use the bathroom! Read more
