Went with a friend who wanted to try. I was looking forward to it. The pesto tasted like something you'd make it home and was... just plopped on the plate. The shrimp in NY friends pasta dish were on the smaller side and tasted like the frozen shrimp soldin local supermarkets. It felt like a quick cheap, quick weeknight meal someone threw together. Highpoints: They did offer $5wine with lunch. We shared an eggplant Parmesan side dish which was actually really good! The thick red sauce was good fordipping bread. Fantastic pasta and the best part is the value for the quality you get. The parmigiana eggplant was also perfect in texture and... flavors. I would really recommend anything with red sauce because it is savory and has great texture. However, the pasta wasperfectly cooked and shaped so I guess everything is great and worth trying another time. The lunch deal has a yummy salad!Recommended. I now... travel to Green point just for their delicious food when I want to treat myself.
