Gertie is just simply my favorite brunch spot in Williamsburg. The chicken salad sandwich slaps (I get it without lettuce due... to personal preference). The servers are awesome and everything on the menu is a win. The pastries are awesome, the chocolatechip cookie is my favorite but the black and white cookie is good too. The cold brew also is probably the best in theneighborhood and they’re open every day! Def make a reservation on the weekends if you’re more than two people, but it’sworth the wait! Read more

Place is super cute, staff are very welcoming and food was really good. French toast was delicious and the corned beef hash was... yummy just on the smaller side portion wise. The latkes? Absolutely amazing!! I ended up placing a 2nd order to bring home withme. Would definitely recommend giving them a try and will be returning to try a few more menu items in the future. Read more
