We had visited this place a couple of times in the past and yet again weren't let down. We watched as the noodles were made from... scratch and enjoyed a large hot bowl of perfectly braised beef complimented with the freshly made noodles mixed with a varietyof fresh vegetables swimming in an extremely flavoursome broth. If I could give it 0 stars, I would without thinking twice. The noodles were not fully cooked, the texture is like play-doh! Has... no flavors but plain saltiness. Wow. I am now a Hana noodle groupie. I just received my first order and these bowls are LOADED. Scallion noodle and signature... beef noodle dishes - 10/10 on flavor, size, freshness, vegetable crunch, noodle bounce. Their broth is so clean and packed withwarm fuzzy feelings. My only gripe? Definitely be sure to warm it up if you need to so you can get the full, main event. Isuspect this is due to the fact that I had delivery and they don?t want to mess up the plastic containers.
