Quality has declined immensely at karam. Grabbed a few sandwiches for the family and we were all underwhelmed with our meals.... I'm not sure if it's under new management or it was a bad day or something else. Rough, impolite, dismissive employees and theprices keep getting higher and higher but the quality and customer service keeps decreasing. Used to be one of the best spotsto grab a shawarma and Lebanese food in Bay Ridge. Now, even the famous garlic sauce doesn't taste like it used to. It was thebest and it's really disappointing to see the difference after all this time. I have no qualms with the price becauseeverything is getting expensive but I expect to get what I'm paying for food and quality-wise. The place used to be good, but not anymore. Prices are very expensive. I ordered this cheese shawerma pie with fries and garlic... for $18! No fries, no garlic and not even Shawarma lol! No more fresh half chickens i saw it myself the guy... opened the bottom of a oven and gave me a half chicken from there they were more over there ,was not fresh.
