Got the beef brisket pho , and it was pretty disappointing. The brisket was super dry and the soup lack flavor . It was a cold wintery day in brooklyn, and the smell of the broth felt really nice and warm as I passed by the restaurant. But... after I made a purchase inside, I started to regret my decision to come to this restaurant. Here are the reasons that I wouldnot to go here again 1. It?s pricy. Pho + a roll costed around 30 dollars. 2. For its expensive price, it lacks depth andflavor. Chefs were chinese. And no offense to the workers, but I found that it?s usually not a good idea to go to a restaurantwhen non natives are cooking. Especially in lower end restaurants. (E.g. white people cooking beef and broccoli at a chineserestaurant, Indians selling ramen, chinese people making sushi?etc). If you don?t mind eating panda express at night, I guess ihave nothing else to say. But boy, this is very pricy for what you get. And please don?t tell other Vietnamese people that youlove pho, if you like their soy sauce noodle (literally taste like a soy sauce and some noodle). But you know, their portionwas good and it did filled my belly. So my final verdict is 2/5 Read more
