I've been here three times for coffee and their few vegan pastries. I thought the pastries were quite good - the loaves in... particular. The first couple times we ordered at the counter, were given a number, and sat wherever we wanted. But the last timewe went the service was awful. First we were forced to wait outside for a table. We stepped inside to look at the menu and wererudely commanded to go back outside and wait. Half the tables or more were empty inside. It seemed like no one knew what wasgoing on or what the policies were. Very chaotic. Waiters didn't know answers to basic questions like what iced teas they hadthat day. The kate sandwich and eggs ratatouille were delicious. Excellent bread with both as well. This cafe is a gem.
