I never post reviews but this I just had to. I?ve been here twice. The first time I came I came with 2 other people. We sat... there for 20 mins with no service so we left, no menus were handed to us and we weren?t asked if we wanted something todrink. The second time I came, I came with another person. I ordered ice coffee they gave me hot coffee. The other persons foodcame before mine. We were both waiting 15 mins for my food because he wasn?t going to eat while I sat there staring at himeating. Our food should have came at the same time. By the time my food came, his food was cold and it didn?t even look fresh.We said something, they remade the omelette and it looked completely different from the first one they gave us. I hate to give negative reviews, however I purchased 16 cannoli at almost $5 each the very new staff filled them in front of me.... She went through multiple filling containers. One must?ve been spoiled or left out in the heat. 12 out of 16 were sour, likespoiled milk. It was a hot day but that?s not a good excuse. I?ve been to Rocco?s a few times, the service and food were fine. Recently went there for lunch. When the bill came I was... charged a few dollars more than the price in the menu. I asked to speak to the manager, she said everything went up but didn?tchange the menu. She refused to honor the price I was looking at in the menu. Then she went on to give excuses like she was outsick and the waiter was new? etc. This is unacceptable. So my advice to anyone reading this, make sure you ask your server ifthe price is still the same on the items you are ordering. Read more
