This was my first choice during Eeeatscon as I?ve been craving jerk chicken, but the cashier really put a bad taste in my mouth.... She was incredibly rude to me for absolutely no reason, didn?t acknowledge or say anything to me the entire transaction andignored me when I said to have a nice day. On top of the disappointing service, I got 3 of the smallest, driest pieces of theworst part of the chicken with the seasoning barely on. Really used to love this place. Was very convenient to go to at night being that it was open so late in the morning. Went there... today 9/30/22, and noticed that they renovated the place. I'm speculating but I believe someone else different runs the placenow because everything has changed. The food is not as good as it used to be. The curry goat with white rice we ordered had 3small pieces of meat. The majority of it was gravy, carrots and potatoes and the goat itself did not taste no where as good asit used to!! The festivals was not drained well and was dripping with oil. The jerk chicken seemed like it was not grilled andstove top cooked. Also the jerk pork was horrible. It was more like pulled pork. The jerk sauce is not the same. No where asspicy as it was. Very mild. If you have eaten here before consistently you will notice the difference in food quality. I went to get dinner today. The cashier was extremely rude and had an attitude for no reason. I ordered 2 large oxtail meals... and received a whole large tray of rice with 4 tiny bone pieces of oxtail in both orders. The service and amount of food for$50. Peppa's fell very short from when they first opened. I ordered for four and it was a waste of my money. The jerk chicken was... burnt and tasteless. No seasoning and no spice, at all! The fish was the same! And the rice was undercooked and tasteless aswell. I requested gravy on all the orders but not a drop! Oh and the food was cold! We ended up throwing most of the food in thegarbage. This was the third time ordering on line and eveytime it was an issue. I don't know about anyone else, but I cannotafford to throw money away like that. Total waste! Read more
