Should be 3.5 stars. 0.5 stars for a cute fresh fruit desert surprise they added into our take out bag, a nice touch. Cruspy... duck salad was nothing like a picture on their order site, it is tempura duck pieces on a pillow of fresh pinach and greens.Quite chewy and not what expected. Spicy sashimi appetizer was good (but not spicy) and came in the form of tuna and salmonstripes wrapped around smth looking like a tuna tartar. Inventive and not bad at all, but description was quitedeceiving. Seaweed salad on the contrary was spicier than usually in other places. Mackerel sashimi was ok. Pineapple fried ricewith chicken was the only thing we really loved, lots of pineapple and chicken, very flavorful. It was our 1st time orderingfrom this place so we enjoyed 10% off. Came here for Saturday lunch. They have lunch specials even on Saturday which was great. More delivery orders than sit downs so... the restaurant was pretty empty. The staff were friendly and told me I can move seats if I was too cold. Ordered two maki rollswith soup and salad, and two rolls that were not on the specials. Probably one of the most disappointing dinners I had here. Looking at the menu the rack of lamb was recommended as the... restaurant specialty. Prepared with red wine sauce. I had great expectations. “Grilled Lamb Rack With Red Wine Sauce DinnerSpecialty. $23.95” What I got was a far cry from that description. A cold, over cooked, dry and hard pieces of lamb ribsover some greens. Claiming it to be the “House Specialty” made that disappointment worse. This place offered a nice respite from the urban jungle surrounding it. We came here with a friend who worked nearby and visited... regularly. His recommendation was excellent. The space was welcoming and the Asian vibe was relaxing. The staff was attentiveand knowledgeable. They provided menus right away and even assisted my wife...when my wife accidentally mistook the benchcontinuing along the wall and ended up sitting on the floor. They helped her up and apologized profusely. They also providedwarm sanitizer wipes and water almost immediately. Then hit tea at my wife's request. My friend ordered the Spicy Mango Shrimpbecause the ladies next to us ordered it and we were intrigued by both its presentation and smell. I ordered the Brooklyn Rolland a side of the BBQ Squid.
