This restaurant used to be my favorite, but oh have the mighty fallen. I used to drive from southeast Al queens for the veggie... burger. I was back in town, so I figured why not grab my burger. My dad came with me because last time he enjoyed his booker tburger. We quickly learned that the burger my dad liked is no longer on the menu, and the veggie burger was flavorless. I tookone bite and wanted nothing more to do with it. The waitress made it seem like she'd take it off the bill, but low and beholdwhen we got the bill, they charged me for a burger they removed from the table. There isn't much I can eat on the menu as is,and no manager or anyone came over or made any effort to accommodate me or placate the issue. Service was also terrible. Thewaitress had her belly button showing, and it was inappropriate and unappetizing. I also didn't like the way she (white femalewith sleeve tattoo) spoke to my dad and I. The music playing was also quite vulgar. There was no censorship to Rihanna and Megthe Stallion lyrics, and the owner was sitting there eating when we arrived, so I guess this is custom? The music was prettygood in the past as well ::sigh:: Also, know that THEY AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDE 20% GRATUITY!! Sorry for the three stars.. Almost a decade ago I loved this place. But today I had a different experience. The music was so... loud, it was impossible to have a conversation. During brunch not at night. The food was also average, the potatoes were almostblack, fried in old oil, yet still mushy. Sucks. Because I still love featherweight in the back... Read more

Mediocre gastropub. Unfortunate because this place has been on my want list for about 3 years. I went there on a weekday... afternoon for lunch. It took rather long to even be acknowledged even though there were only 4 other patrons there. I got thesweet science wings half honey BBQ and other was buffalo but they came tremendously dry I asked for sauce on side but the wingswere clearly microwaved and tasted as if I ordered them last night and took them home and reheated them. I was upsold on the JoeLouis burger when I ordered the single that it was "thin" so I got the triple but the Patty was pretty thick so I could havewent with a single. Nice looking burger but tasted very basic like at a Diner. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but those arebenchmark items I think should stand out at the very least. There is a lot of room to improve which is a good thing. Ownershould periodically check quality and ticket times. It's a terrific looking menu. Read more
