There seem to be a couple of restaurants. One is more of a cafe. We tried the “restaurant”. The cold borscht was very good... but the chicken Kiev not so much. Nice spot on the beach. The staff doesn’t speak much English but they try. The portions arelarge so we shared. Read more

I go to Brooklyn, Brighton Beach often. I saw Tatiana Restaurant walking down the broadwalk. Today I decided to have lunch. ... From the beginning the waiter was not very nice. When she sat me at a table and handed me the card, she offered nothing todrink, not even water. Then she brought the ordered food, never asking if everything was ok.
