The restaurant must have been short-staffed the morning of 11/8. My hashbrowns were concrete on one side and soft on the other.... My eggs Benedict weren't poached, they were fried hard. Customers were lined up to get in and they were lined up to pay andleave. I'll continue to eat at this Perkins, but I'll wait a couple of months for the manager to get things under control. Read more
This place is really nice, the food is always bomb, and the service is usually pretty good. There is a server there who is very... rude and always seems super annoyed, but everyone else I've met there so far is super nice! Read more
It's been 10 years since I came here. Going there today reminded me why I never went there for the past 10 years. Our food came... missing a couple items, our drinks came with dirty cups, sat at dirty table, waiter threw our straws at us and stomped away awaygetting us water. Read more
Ehh, I use to like dining at this Perkins with family & friends but the service just got worse everytime. The food is always... great but its the service I have an issue with. Couple days ago, it was just the 2 of us & we were seated right away. We lookedthru the menu for about 5-6 mins & the waitress came by saying she'll come take our order in a bit as she was serving othertables, which is fine. But after 15-20 mins...she still never came. We tried to be patient but I mean when you show up at arestaurant, you show up hungry & the least I expect is that they could've taken our order down so that the kitchen can prepareit, THEN that's when the waiting starts. But no one came to take our order!! I was dissappointed. It wasn't even busy. We didn'teven get water to start with, which was ridiculous. I tried looking for the waitress or someone who works at the front registerbut literally no one to ask for help. We were very dissappointed & just got up & left. **Honestly, save yourself the time &just go to the Maple Grove location or another one besides this one. This one may be convenient & closer to home but the servicesucks. I only gave it 2 stars because at least the food is good for those times I was served appropriately but they could reallyimporve more on the staff & service. Won't be coming here anymore. ????
