Went for breakfast wasn't impressed. Waitress was friendly and quick but didn't know the menu. Apparently the cooks don't either... as I was missing an item from my meal. The food looked rushed and it wasn't busy at all. Hashbrowns were cooked but just,sausage was covered in grease even the toast was barely browned. Not sure I'll go back, too bad. Read more
Ordered the mac and cheese. Way overpriced ($16.50) for the little amount of food you get. It was literally 10 spoonfulls of mac... and cheese and some garlic bread. Wasn't anything special either, just your average mac and cheese that's comparable to kraftdinner. It was pretty salty too. Definitely not worth it. Meal might have been better if someone hadn’t rage-packed our food. Fries everywhere, shrimp cocktail sauce smashed and... spilled. Generous portion of fish, but batter was stodgy and unpleasant. Updated Nov 27/22 2nd review: Our server was not in a good mood even when we tried to be accommodating of that she was short in... her responses. Food was very good today, no complaints there. I find the lighting to be too dim for a restaurant. 1st review:Our server was a sweet young lady who was attentive but not bothersome, which I appreciated. Gave us space to socialize. Foodwas good,(except the gravy). Breakfast available till 4pm was a huge plus for me. Best eggs I've had in Brooks. Was clean andour group was happy with the overall experience ????! Read more
