In a place where minimum effort goes into a job, this location works hard to destroy a franchise. The bun was dry and old, but... they only put the bottom bun on top. They forgot the top bun or purposely put a mess of a quarter pounder in a box. The friessmelled and tasted weird, probably old oil. The manager ignored the fact that her cook put just a bottom bun on top of a pattyand cheese melted into the cardboard and said these things happen. Yea, probably with your leadership. ZERO STARS. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. The manager has no idea how to show any type of professionalism. It's like these guys... were picked up off the block to sell hamburgers.
