My first time at First Watch Brooksville. I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant was crowded as it was a Sunday... around noon. The wait was about thirty minutes but was reasonable given the amount of traffic through the restaurant. Therestaurant is clean and very organized. The staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. Our food came reasonably quicklyand was absolutely fresh, hot, and delicious. I?ve tried others in the area and I definitely give the edge to First Watch. Today was my 3rd time eating here. Everything was awesome from the cleaness of the location, friendly atmosphere & staff,... awesome food. Totally worth waiting to eat here. FINALLY HAD THE CHANCE TO TRY & I'M HOOKED!! ???? Their menu is super original and has enough options that sound so delicious... that we already have the next 3 trips (at least lol) planned out!! The food was amazing!! Gets busy really quick so make sure you choose a good time to go, we went around 9-9:30am. With that... being said they are quick to get you in about the normal wait time is about 15-20 minutes. Food took about 15 on a busy day toget. Not at all bad. Read more
