The service is usually good when I go through the drive thru. Today I decided to stop into the dining room, specifically because... I was between jobs and had to use the restroom. I was very dissatisfied with the restroom. The sink was temperamental and thehand dryer didn?t work at all. Employees are supposed to wash hands after using the restroom, especially being in the foodservice industry. An employee exited the restroom behind me and didn?t even wash their hands, probably because they knew thesink and hand dryer didn?t work. Sanitary issues are important and I feel this needs to be addressed right away. Read more

Ordered a big Mac with extra pickle extra sauce and extra cheese. It was overloaded with lettuce, no extra cheese burger was... Luke warm. Took it up there and they opened the sandwich slapped a piece of cheese on it and reboxed it and brought to me. Theburger was now cold and there so much lettuce. Will not use this one again!!
