We come here at least once a week and it's always been awesome food and fantastic customer service. Yesterday, Friday, was... horrible. The older man was not friendly and literally threw the toppings on the sandwich. He had on gloves but when he removedthem to ring me up, his hands were filthy, dirt under his nails and everywhere. When I went back up to get napkins, the youngerguy gave me 2. We were there before the lunch rush around 11:30, no other customers were there, now I know why. I?m extremely annoyed with my experience. I get that everything is done online now a days but sometimes the internet is the... slowest way to do things. I have a very short lunch and have to pick up my food as quick as possible, I tried to download theapp to order ahead but I don?t have good internet connection - so I called to order a simple Tuna Sandwich. They literallyrefused to take my order, I was even ready to go ahead and pay over the phone if they needed me to. I explained to them mysituation and they could care less, they said you have to order on the app and that?s it - with a woman yelling in thebackground with an attitude. There were two women at the counter at 1:30 on 2/04/2022 who were extremely rude they had to remake my sandwich after I asked... light on mustard and mayo and didn?t listen. I also asked for cucumbers and pickles and they also neglected me by not listening.I am a customer that goes to subway occasionally and this store is by far the worst I?ve ever been to. Employees J.J & Omar were working when i came in with my mother in law. The store was extremely clean despite the fact that its... been pouring rain here for days! Omar was hard at work making cookies and cleaning while JJ made our subs. Its been a whilesince i ate at subway and JJ shared with us the popular subs and he was knowledgeable about all of them. He constructed our foodperfectly, rang up our order and cashed us out! JJ is a great example of the kind of face and personality you want to see whencoming into an establishment!
