Stopped here for a large order of Jalapeno poppers .. The drive thru menu says they cost 5.79 . I get to the cashier and they... charge me 5.99 . I told them that they charged me more than the menu price and the kid at the window says .." Oh yeah .. weraised the price" I know it's only 20 cents but it really puts a bad taste in my mouth when you advertise 1 price and charge ahigher price. ( It is also illegal btw ) If you have time to change the price in the cash register then you have time to changeit on the menu ! ( The menu price should have changed FIRST !) This place has gone down hill. Lobby is unbelievably dirty. And food is not fresh. No condiments available unless you ask. No... napkins unless you ask. When its slows down the staff go out to back rather than checking if lobby needs attention. And basedon the grease on the lobby floors, they use the same mop water from the kitchen. I've worked fast food and this is a joke.Could even tell the fries were old and dropped back down in the deep frier to warm up. Management needs an adjustment and likelya replacement.
