The sign for their app says "Jump the line!" We ordered ahead in the app, and my husband walked into an empty store to say, hey,... I'm here for that online order. However, even with my husband standing in front of the counter waiting for our order, they kepttaking walk in customers who came in after him, and leaving our order, instead of finishing our order first.
