This location needs to work on customer service improvements. Today I went there and waited to order in one of the drive thrus... and after almost 10 minutes of waiting I found out this was not working! No sign, nothing! Parked the car and went inside toorder. Ordered using their order kiosk. When they served I had to ask for the items that I had ordered! The guy seems funny andgave me a look when I was asking for the cups for my meal! And the worst part was When I asked for a cup holder! For three cupshe gave me two cup holders. Two cups in a holder!! Seriously? They don?t have any other cup holders!! 2nd time coming here. Last time food was old so I specified everything fresh. Fresh fries, burgers, and nuggets. Got to the... window asked again, the guy told me yes. And of course it was old. The new Chicken Sandwich is pretty good! The Large fry was probably more like a small which is why i gave 4 stars instead of 5.

This place is terrible, even by McDonald's standards. I've ordered from this location three times, which is my own fault. First... time, the food was cold, the rolls were stale, and the fries tasted like they have been sitting around for 2 hours. The secondtime, the chicken on my McChicken sandwiches were hard as rocks, the buns were inedible, and the fries again tasted like theyhad been sitting around for 3 hours. Today I stopped on my way into work for breakfast. My order was completely wrong, and whenI called to ask for a refund they told me that they couldn't help me and that I would have to come back into the location.Completely unacceptable.
