I have had problems at this location before, I made my stop around 9pm Saturday. I ordered 30$ worth of food. I get to the... window they say they are out of soup( totally fine) I asked what I could get instead. They had some yogurt parfait?s left so Isaid I?d take that. My order consistent of chicken nuggets and fries. I get home and there?s no sauce In The bag. No straws formy drinks. Super irritating considering I had no dipping sauces for my meal. Then I go to eat my yogurt and was given roastedalmond instead of granola. It was all small things. But made the experience and money not worth it lol. I?ll just drive up thestreet from now on. Really nice, clean place. Seems a lot less busy than the Chick-fil-A closer to where we live, though this place doesn't have a... play place for the kids. Place was basically spotless and the shift manager was extremely patient and helpful. Will go again. Read more
Food is predictable Chick-fil-A fare, other than soggy fries. The young lady who took our order was polite but the experience... was ruined by another employee (dark skin, curly dark hair) and a manager? (black shirt) with no backbone. We arrived shortlybefore closing and ordered with no problem. There were cars ahead of us in line and a couple behind us. At 10:01, while we'rewaiting at the window, this girl starts practically yelling at the one who was helping us "Why would you take another order?!""We're closed now!" "It doesn't matter what time they got in line, we're closed now" and continued arguing very loudly at thewindow. The other girl told her she will take orders until 10pm (closing) and that is what she's supposed to do. "What am Isupposed to do? We're open until 10:00!" This rude girl would not stop and, when asked, the person I assume to be the managerdid nothing. Any other place, a tantrum about having to do my job in front of customers would be completely unacceptable. I will100% never give this location my hard earned money again. I know restaurants and businesses are struggling. SO ARE the averagecustomers who need to be more discerning about where their dollars go! Read more
Most of the staff are awesome! Unfortunately when a manager takes your order and does not ask pertinent questions, assumes to... swap a drink out of a meal, does not confirm, provides you the meal and you are missing a drink, a customer should be able tosay, "that is not what I asked ordered" Said manager need not get snippy with the customer and her staff and then ask thecustomer (who she was snippy with) to pay for her mistake. Poor customer service. Hopefully it was because it was an off day forher and tomorrow she will do better by others. Read more

I love this chick! The sandwiches seem to be bigger an plumper than Scott?s other location. Also it is never crowded inside.... This time one of the sandwiches was cold but they replaced it right away. The side salad price has jumped up to $4. Not worthit al all for some lettuce, two tomatoes and a sprinkle of cheese. The only reason I got is was Scott(owner) sent out a rewardand I could pick that free. That?s a nice touch. Won?t order the salad if not free tho! Read more
