First time trying Isshin, heard about this restaurant from family and friends and finaly decided to give it a shot. From... greeting to finish everyrhing was on point. Our waiter "Shinobi boy" was phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, we weregreeted by a japanese welcome, sat at our tables with water imediately following, then menus. He took a few minutes to introducethe menu to us as it was our first time. I opted for the shoyu with extra cha su. Meal was ready within 10 minutes! Amazing service, beautiful presentation, incredible flavours! The best ramen in town for sure! The staff makes you feel welcome... at your arrival and thank you when you leave. The fusion of ingredients makes a beyond belief explosion of flavours in yourmouth that you won't regret. I'm not a big fan of ramen but this one made me change my mind.
