This has to be one of the slowest Sonics I've ever been to, over and over. I've left on 3 occasions due to long wait times.... 10-15 minutes to get a drink is ridiculous. Read more

First, the girl on the intercom could not got the order correct. I had to repeat myself several times. I ordered a grilled... cheese add bacon & jalapeños, a bun less double cheeseburger burger with no onions no lettuce and a side of Buffalo sauce. Thescreen said ?-onion ring? & ?-bun oil.? I have no idea what these meant but after she repeated my order, I trusted she had itcorrect. Nonetheless, the burger came out with tons of lettuce,onion, and no sauce. Also not a double. The grilled cheese had nobacon. The screen also went black and I could not pay using my debit card. Super annoying experience. Read more
