I stopped by yesterday at about 6:15 a.m. as a first time visitor. I had seen pictures of their cinnamon rolls online so I was... really excited. When I got there, there were no cinnamon rolls on display, so I asked. She said they would be ready in "30minutes to an hour." I didn't think much about it and ordered some glazed donuts instead.. But before I left, I asked, "just soI can plan ahead, are the cinnamon rolls always ready a half hour to an hour after you open?" The cashier said "it depends - onseveral things - like how long it takes the dough to rise." I'm not a professional baker, but I do know a little about science. If you're using the exact same ingredients day after day and following the exact same recipe year after year (which I presumethey are and have been) - why would the time it takes the dough to rise EVER change? - unless you're changing the temperature ofthe bakery to 75 degrees one day and 66 the next - and why would you do that? None of it made any sense. To make mattersworse, I chipped my tooth when i was taking a bite out of my donut and hit a pothole leaving the parking lot. Really great donuts, and I normally do not fancy donuts. Will only buy donuts from here in Indiana? everywhere else pales in... comparison. Staff is always grumpy, short, and seems to want to tell you as little as possible. Read more

They rudely assumed my dog wasn't a service animal. I had to present paperwork even though it's not required by law. We have... never been treated so poorly at ANY establishment. I sure hope this doesn't happen to someone else. It won't happen to us againbecause we won't be going back. Read more
