I have had a lot a smoked brisket and chicken. This is definitely in the top 3! Moist and a snappy smoked flavor in every bite.... Brisket was not fatty at all. Outside of brisket was amazing bark. We ordered the macaroni and cheese with barbecue pork andpickles to sample it; it was fantasic. I will go back here someday and just order this as my meal and have plenty left over foranother meal, this order alone would easily serve two. We bought a pound of brisket and chicken and got 3 meals for 2 out ofit. Dining was outside on a beautiful fall day. Staff at window were very nice. We stopped by last Friday after a nice little hike in the area. Was just shocked by the portion sizes at this place. The meats... were absolutely awesome. I got the chicken, pork shoulder and brisket. Wanted to desperately try the ribs, but they were out.Again, the portion sizes of the meats and sides were huge! My only mark against the food were the beans, just seemed to becanned beans (not dressed up at all). All the other sides that our party ordered were very very tasty-just expected more fromthe beans. Stopped on our way home from visiting Nashville an the caves. My family enjoyed the food so much we still talk about it after 2... years. Will definitely make a point to stop when we are heading that way. The brisket was amazing. Next time we decided totry the nachos. Read more
